What this website collects
Very little. The website has no forms that send us data, no visitor analytics and no advertising.
Booking requests and messages
The booking form sends nothing to the website: it prepares a message that opens in WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send it. If you do, or if you call us, we use what you tell us (name, number, dates, guests) to reply and to arrange your stay. The legal basis is the steps needed before and for your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which processes data under its own privacy policy.
Technical data
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). Like any server, it briefly logs some technical data about visits, such as IP address and browser type, which is needed to run the site and protect it from abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process it outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). We do not use it to identify you.
The map and external links
The map is an image stored on this website: viewing it does not connect you to any other service. Links to Google Maps, Booking.com and WhatsApp take you to third-party sites with their own privacy policies.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies: no technical, analytics or profiling cookies. Even the fonts and photos are served by the site itself, with no connection to anyone else. That is why we do not ask for your consent with a banner.
How long we keep data
We keep messages for as long as needed to reply and, if you book, for your stay and the legal obligations related to it (for example tax and police registration requirements).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), using the contact details above. If you believe your data is being mishandled, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
